The focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients\' needs.Profile - Direct TaxDesignation - Associate Director Direct TaxQualification - Chartered AccountantYears Of Experience - 10-12 YearsJob description :Delivering a full range of taxation services in compliance with the Income tax Act 1961:- Preparation and filing of tax returns- Tax advisory services- Preparation and filing of SFT returns- Transfer pricing, compliance services- Handling income tax assessments and appeals- Building relationships with clients and rendering excellent services.- Working with teams on various taxation projects (tax due diligence, mergers and acquisitions tax structuring, etc.)- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and executive leadership, to align tax strategies with overall business goals.- Represent the organization in dealings with tax authorities, building and maintaining positive relationships.Location - Tardeo Road, Mumbai
