We are hiring a highly skilled and seasoned Associate Director - Delivery backed by an impressive 12 - 15 years of hands-on experience. This position is a senior functional role in overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end software development and delivery process. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, meeting, or exceeding client expectations. This role involves effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, project management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Engage with the customer and partner with various stakeholders to define and agree strategy and drive implementation of requirements and associated solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery - Ensure highest quality standards of deliverables within schedule and budget across the entire portfolio.
• Team Leadership - Lead a team of Project managers and Project Co-ordinators who run individual projects.
• Risk Management - Project and Portfolio level Risk forecasting, mitigation and contingency planning.
• Stakeholder Communication - Strategic and Interventional stakeholder engagements.
• Resource Management - Manage resource pool, resource allocations and bench management.
• Continuous Improvement - Own and improve delivery processes to bring continuous improvement across all projects.
• Competency and Skill Development for the Delivery team.
• Pre-sales support, scoping, proposal engineering, solution presentation etc.
• Process improvement and innovation empowering others to act.
• Attract top talent to build high performing teams of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills.
• Apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving and solution development.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have 12 - 15 years of experience in IT Consulting & Services industry.
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiation skills, decision making, client engagement, people management, execution, and drive.
• The candidate should understand cloud computing, adoption strategy, transition challenges and knowledge of cloud, mobility, Big Data, RPA, and next gen technologies.
• Strong experience on Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodologies.
• Strong Understanding of SDLC & STLC activities.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering simultaneous multiple full project lifecycles from project initiation to final delivery and sign-off/closure is a MUST.
• Define and Advocate Technical best practices. Put measures in place to ensure that teams follow defined best practices.
• Ensure high employee satisfaction across the teams.
• Result oriented, Self-motivated and go-getter attitude to solve complex challenges.
• PMP or similar certification is mandatory. PGMP certification would be an added advantage.
• Ability to mentor junior members of team.
