Job Title: AI/BI Architect - Associate Director of Data Engineering

Experience : 12-20 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Data Analytical Architect, AI Architect, BI Architect, or a similar role, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.

- Strong expertise in data analytics, AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical methods.

- Solid understanding of BI concepts, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java, along with experience in database design, data modeling, and data integration.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data analytical, AI, and BI services. [DevOps]

- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in data analytical, AI, and BI architectures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.

- 5 yrs of experience in leading and managing data analytical, AI, or BI projects is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.

- Minimum 1.5 yrs of experience with AI model deployment in production environments.

- Knowledge of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable data analytical, AI, and BI architectural designs and solutions.

- Define and establish architectural principles, standards, and best practices for data analytics, AI, and BI, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems.

- Design and implement end-to-end data analytical, AI, and BI solutions, including data ingestion, integration, storage, processing, analysis, and visualization.

- Evaluate and select appropriate data analytical, AI, and BI technologies, tools, and platforms to meet business needs and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficient data collection, preprocessing, integration, and analysis from various sources.

- Architect and implement machine learning and deep learning models, algorithms, and frameworks for advanced data analytics and predictive modeling.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.

- Drive the adoption of modern data analytics, AI, and BI technologies and methodologies, staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, drive innovation, and leverage data analytical, AI, and BI insights to support strategic decision-making.
