We are seeking a S/4HANA Cross functional solution expert (Planning and Manufacturing) to join our IT team at AstraZeneca. This key position will play an integral role in defining the Global template for AstraZeneca in line with our ambition of fit to standard using best practice as far as possible.As an S/4 HANA cross functional solution expert for Planning and Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading the cross functional solution integration between both streams and provide solutions accordingly. You will be leading the set of S/4 HANA skilled staff in Planning (APO/OMP), and Manufacturing (PP, QM, PM, and EHS) streams. Work closely with partners to deliver the high-quality solution for the S/4 HANA transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring integration between business process definition, SAP solution definition and SAP data objects definition. You will be leading the delivery of the cross functional solutions and ensure that solution integrity and quality is at its peak and align to SAP standards. You will also drive the transition state with heritage and other connected systems by providing a interim solutions. You will work with stakeholders like partners, rest of the AZ departments, and IT teams to ensure agreement with the design and support the passage of the solution design& delivery through the appropriate governance forums.Essential Skills/Experience:Expertise in the respective business domains and on Planning solutions like SAP APO, OMP, and manufacturing modules SAP PP, QM, EHS and PL with a specialization in one or more modules.Lead the team of SAP S/4 HANA skill staff in planning and manufacturing modules.SAP implementation experience from design to completion of deployment.Certification in specific SAP S/4HANA module where the candidate has a specialisation.Strong knowledge in Business process Configuration, pharma domain processes and application of the S/4 HANA solution.Rich knowledge on interface solutions with S/4 HANA and Third-Party Systems, there are 400 applications connected to SAP system.Exposure to usage of the latest S/4 technologies and functionalities like BTP, BNL, ICSM etcGood knowledge on cross functional integration between planning Engine OMP and other impacted modules like MM, PP, QM, SD and EWM.Good knowledge of Planning, inventory management, process order management etc. Integration of planning engine during interim state and target state scenarios to be governed by this role.Experience of Pharmaceutical Planning and Manufacturing business activities and the required business outcomes within the relevant capability areaGood stakeholder management and communication skills with Business and IT areas. Working experience in a global delivery team with multiple stakeholder management.Strong team player able to work across the program team and communicate in business and IT terms.Comfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open mindset.Good knowledge on the SAP S/4 HANA change management tools, BPM tools, data migration and testing tools. Exposure to JIRA and agile ways of working is required.Strong skills in business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal stakeholder managementAble to manage large work efforts and meet challenging deadlines.Demonstrated personal credibility and positive energy.Desirable Skills/Experience:Working experience on SAP Planning and Manufacturing modules.Knowledge on EML, SAP Activate Methodologies, SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA.Experience in S/4 implementations or proof of concepts which embraces MM, EWM, TM and FICO modules.Expertise in managing the interim solutions with heritage SAP and the new S/4 HANA system.Manage the integrity of the data across the connected systems.Education Background- Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate from reputed UniversityWhy AstraZeneca?
