What you will do GEP is looking for a passionate Associate Director to join our Contract Services team. AD - Contract Services is responsible for managing all aspects of the client contract process, including negotiating and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with clients. The successful candidate will oversee a team of contract specialists and lawyers and work closely with other departments to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, including services agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including, data protection laws, and industry-specific regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Manage a team of contract specialists and lawyers, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. Develop and maintain contract templates and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all client contracts. Provide training and guidance to other departments on contract management and best practices. What you should bring Bachelor\'s degree in business, law, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a client-facing role. Experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts, including services agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management. Experience managing teams and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
