Job Summary: About the Role : We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. This role is within our Channel Marketing team and includes activations like Media planning with ATL and Marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation. It also includes ensuring identification of critical and impact markets and customize the marketing approach specific to the geo dynamics. Context: This role is critical and requires marketing expertise more from the Media Planning and Event activation experience. The micro marketing and the media effectiveness are more to drive brand and product marketing with enhanced consumer marketing capabilities. This role drives more traditional and exclusive media execution. The ability is of an expert with vivid media handling from various consumer cum service brands. Key Responsibilities: Developing marketing strategies that are tailored to the Telugu-speaking audience and the local market. Identifying popular cultural and social trends among the audience and incorporating them into marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the programming team to identify marketable content and create marketing plans for new shows and series. Identifying target audience segments and developing campaigns that resonate with them. Building relationships with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships and sponsorships that promote the channel and its programs. Creating and managing budgets for campaigns and ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective. Working closely with media buying agencies to secure advertising rates and placements in local Telugu media outlets. Conducting market research to understand the preferences and interests of the audience and using this data to inform marketing decisions. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting as necessary to achieve maximum impact. Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and techniques in the market and adapting strategies accordingly. Manage the Marketing team members and providing guidance and support as necessary Performance Measures: Increase in Telugu Business\' audience reach and ratings. Increase in brand awareness and recognition among the Telugu-speaking audience. Increase in engagement and interaction on social media platforms and other digital channels. Successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives within budget and timeline. Effective management and leadership of the marketing team. Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate with 12-15 years\' work experience in a related role. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and management skills.
