We are hiring a Associate Director of Business Development for the APAC region. This role will lead high-impact growth initiatives, overseeing market strategy, partnership development, and revenue generation. The candidate will drive regional growth while leading a team focused on scaling Zycus' SaaS procurement solutions.### Key Responsibilities
• Regional Leadership: Lead and develop a business development team dedicated to revenue growth across APAC.
• Strategy Execution: Design and implement a business development strategy tailored to APAC's unique market landscape.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in multiple APAC markets and industries.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain alliances that enhance Zycus' regional footprint.
• Pipeline Oversight: Manage and optimize the business development pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with the company's overall APAC objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze procurement trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights specific to APAC.
• Client Relations: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
Job Requirement
### Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise software in APAC. Leadership experience of 5+ years is preferred.
• Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement solutions and processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier management.
• APAC Expertise: Deep understanding of APAC's business practices, cultural nuances, and market opportunities.
• Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Skills: Proven team leadership, strategic negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
