Join us.AECOM is seeking for a candidate to be based in Bangalore or Gurgaon with the following skill sets.Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for a variety of engineering tasks in the initial planning, design and modification phase of projects.
• Structural analysis and Design of Elevated / Underground Station buildings, Underground structures, Cut & cover tunnels, Underpassses, Culverts and Retaining walls.

Experience with Elevated / Underground Metro / Railway Stations and related structural design schemes.Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget.Experience in road and/or rail projects.Excellent technical skills design.Able to correlate and interpret the data shared by supporting interdisciplinary teams.Problem solving skills, able to propose alternative solutions for problems encountered.Experience in complete life cycle of a design project within Highway/Railway environment.Previous exposure with international codes such as Eurocodes, AASHTO, AREMA and ACI.Able to work in a diverse team spread across different geographical locations.Able to provide guidance to Mid and Entry level Engineers.Able to work under minimum guidance / Supervision.Able to handle multiple projects and lead highly capable design teams.Understanding in various software packages ideally including ETABS, MIDAS, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design with experience in Finite Element Analysis preferred.Mentoring Mid and Entry level Engineer.Qualifications

• ME/MTech with minimum 15 years of Experience. Chartered with ICE / IStructE or close to pursuing chartership.
• Chartership with IStructE or ICE is preferred
• Undertake rail and road bridges and associated structural engineering schemes from inspection and assessment, feasibility through to detailed design.
• Experience of Eurocodes, British Standards and assessment codes.
• Project management of schemes including client reporting, programming, resource planning and commercial management
