Required Skills:

• Enterprise and business tech strategy leadership experience \xe2\x80\x93 Creates the enterprise level solution vision, sets the direction and objectives, then guides others to take actions that support the vision. Works on highly complex initiatives that touch multiple areas of the business and require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business and architecture domains.
• Develops others: Acts as a leader and advocate including coaching and training Solution Architects and Technical Architects.
• Experience in defining and architecting future-ready enterprise products and platforms and demonstrated architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking).
• Experience with creating \xe2\x80\x98fit-for-purpose\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98fit-for-use\xe2\x80\x99 digital platform architectures that meet business need within reasonable constraints and correspond to organizational strategic guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solutions to business, product, and technical challenges.
• Ability to put together a comprehensive detailed solution architecture that encompasses business solution, platform and conceptual architecture, integration, execution approach and budget estimates.
• Excellent understanding of best practice architectural standards and design methods with proven ability to create structured perspectives on technology trends and Ecolab\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and positions.
• Demonstrated and broad knowledge in modern digital engineering and associated technologies such as Cloud Native, Microservices and APIs, Reactive Systems, Analytics & Streaming Pipelines, Mobile platforms, CRM platforms, DevOps \xe2\x80\x93 CI/CD, etc.
• Strong influencing and communication skills - ability to present solution to Leadership, business stakeholders, product and development teams in a compelling a manner to help them understand why such a solution is required and have the ability to justify the rationale of the particular solution design.
• Ability to collaborate and influence different leaders across Ecolab in complex situations where stakeholders do not always agree about methods, choices, and strategic direction.
• Ability to performs complex (ROI) cost/benefit analysis when researching future state capabilities. Ensures enterprise solutions are scalable and adoptable according to changing business needs. Promotes a continuous delivery pipeline and rallies the organization around a common technical vision. Advises on best practices (architecture, implementation, etc.).
• Experience with developing resource and budget estimates (BOM and staffing)
• Working with global remote teams

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with cross geographical solutions delivery teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation and influencing
• 5+ years of experience partnering with business to develop enterprise level technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 5+ years of experience in at least three of the following disciplines \xe2\x80\x93 Solution architecture, application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture
• 15+ years of experience in architecture, design or development of enterprise solutions
• Ability to understand and track new developments of how enterprise and digital solutions are changing or have the potential to transform current models of business.
• Strong familiarity with emerging digital frameworks and patterns, Information Security and Data access controls
• Experience in developing and demonstrating proof of concepts to evaluate a proposed solution or to evaluate new technologies as and when required.
