This integrated approach marketing helps our client's business ranking higher, generate more sales by advertising on popular platformsJob Title: Real Estate and Office Infrastructure ManagerAs the Real Estate and Office Infrastructure Manager for Pan India, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our office infrastructure and real estate portfolio. This position requires a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, real estate operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to real estate management, office renovations, and facility optimization. Your role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient utilization of office space, manage office projects, and maintain high-quality facilities that support the organization's objectives. This role reports into the Head of Administration. Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Management: 1. Identify and assess real estate/Office infrastructure needs based on business requirements, growth projections, and workforce dynamics. 2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop real estate strategies, including office space selection, utilization optimization, and re-stacking initiatives. 3. Conduct market research, site evaluations, and initial lease negotiations to secure suitable office spaces that meet the organization's needs and budgetary considerations. 4. Manage lease agreements, rental contracts, and property-related documentation in coordination with Resources, legal and finance teams. Facility Optimization: 1. Evaluate office space utilization, layout efficiency, and occupancy metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. 2. Implement strategies to improve space utilization, enhance workplace productivity, and support employee well-being. 3. Manage parking facilities, including allocation, optimization, and coordination of parking spaces for employees and visitors. Office Renovation and Project Management: 1. Lead office renovation projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. 2. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of renovation projects while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. 3. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or deviations from the project plan. Stakeholder Liaison: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding real estate matters, office renovations, and facility-related projects. 2. Communicate effectively with department heads, senior management, and crossfunctional teams to understand their requirements, address concerns, and align real estate initiatives with business objectives. 3. Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Vendor Management: 1. Identify, evaluate, and select external vendors, contractors, and service providers for real estate-related projects and services. 2. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing terms to ensure cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards and project requirements. 3. Monitor vendor performance, track service levels, and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely manner.QualificationsQualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, construction management, or related field. Proven experience in real estate management, office infrastructue, or facilities management, preferably within a multinational corporation or commercial real estate environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Know-how of real estate regulations, leasing practices, and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
