Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative partnerships with hotels for accommodating guests, staff and UHNIs while seeking financially feasible alliances
- Partnering with hotels for deep discounts and meaningful long term partnerships
- Managing and coordinating administrative functions within the department.
- Ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing staff training and performance evaluations.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Working closely with other departments to meet company goals.
- A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
- Open to Gurgaon as a location
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with hospitality & know how to partner effectively with hotel
- Preferably from travel brands
