:We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-7 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing with specialized knowledge in email marketing. They should have the ability to reach out to CXOs with proper communication and possess a thorough understanding of email regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant laws. This role requires someone who can innovate and optimize our email campaigns, ensuring compliance while driving conversions.Key Objectives of the Job:Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns with a str ong focus on email marketing to generate leads.Ensure all email campaigns comply with current industry best practices.Use industry knowledge for prospect segmentation and personalization to reach out to CXOs, and for testing and retargeting.Manage and ref ine the organization\xe2\x80\x99s email marketing strategy, including design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, crafting a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms.Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Key Deliverables:Ensuring timely development and sign off of campaign calendar.Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, con tent, and social channels.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.Evaluate new technolog ies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.Skills:Other desired attributes:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on email marketing.Strong understanding of email marketing operations, technology, and platforms.Proficient in communication and email writing to CXOs, and in the use of marketing automation technology.Experience and understanding of B2B marketing of engineering services for manufacturing companies.Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and the laws affecting email marketing, inc luding GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn marketingLocation - Pune (In office)About Company:#ComeJoinUs in #EngineeringABetterWorld.
