This includes home, landing and product pages and marketing offers/programs. Deliverables from cross-functional teams: Copy, Digital Merchandizing, Marketing, Technical and Web Operations to be setup into the Content Management System and Adobe Target basis the approved Test requests. Associate DigitalCoordinator will also be responsible for providing detailed analytical insights on the personalization or A/B test and suggest next steps. Owns the final sign-off on site updates and is responsible for ensuring the quality of the customer experience within shopping areas of the site. Thecoordinator may be required to work exclusively on a five-day work week which includes weekends.RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily Execution:

  • Execute daily updates for the Test/Ongoing activities on Victoriassecret.com Includes, managing deliverables from merchants, marketing, technical and creative partners and setting up the content in CMS, Adobe Target.
  • Adhere to the formatting rules to enable optimal shopping/brand experience for the customers. This entails editing copy, verifying copy accuracy, ensuring appropriate creatives are set up to meet our quality standards, etc.
  • Ensure that work is progressing according to the established plan.
  • Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impede daily execution.
Validation:
  • Owns proofing for the test or ongoing activity for daily site updates and launches in production.
  • Ensure thorough validation for an error-free site experience.
  • Validate newly implemented capabilities provided by technical teams in the testing environment and provide feedback as necessary
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare and share the analysis using Adobe Analytics and other tools on the allocated tests.
  • Identify any issues, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
  • Answer ad-hoc questions through deep-dive analysis.
  • Create and maintain Adobe Workspace dashboards, and ensuring all documents related to testing are organized and managed on SharePoint.
  • Ensure that Salesforce tickets are accurately updated with the right numbers and made accessible to digital teams.
General:
  • Collaborate with US partners to plan and execute new iterations by ensuring alignment with the overall test goals.
  • Maintain evergreen test details in SharePoint by ensuring all the necessary documents and activity details are up to date.
  • Drive Personalized SMART Idea to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinates tasks and schedules, effectively communicating across departments to clarify the scope of work/expectations and ensure deadlines for deliverables are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability and willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings when necessary to support business requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work on weekends when necessary to support the weekend shift per business requirements
  • Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills

  • Understanding of the brand and passion for the industry
  • Analytical and logical thinker with excellent reasoning skills
  • Thorough understanding of how to use the internet, web, and mobile applications.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Experience in Adobe or any personalization/analytics relevant tools
  • Experience in reporting Digital metrics
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
REPORTS TO: Team Lead
LOCATION / TRAVEL: Bangalore based/No Travel
