\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute in seasonal concepts development
\xef\x82\xb7 Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate
color/prints
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details with
high accuracy
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team
\xef\x82\xb7 Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
\xef\x82\xb7 Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
\xef\x82\xb7 Contributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.Qualifications & Experience\xef\x82\xb7 2-4 years\' experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of youth
culture
\xef\x82\xb7 Well rounded experience in Menswear Design (Knits Category)
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong organisational skills and highly detail-oriented
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and articulation of ideas
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
