Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Security Organization. Lead Cross-Team Analytics Projects: Take charge of managing cross-team analytics projects, collaborating with colleagues from various departments. Your projects will have a significant impact on the security organization\'s overall performance. Optimize Tools and Platforms: Work on the expansion and optimization of essential tools and platforms to meet the growing demand for analytics in our rapidly evolving security organization. Collaborate Across Levels: Engage with a diverse range of end users, from individual team members to senior leadership. Your objective is to drive the implementation of effective analytics solutions that address security challenges. Machine Learning Integration: Investigate, recommend, and implement new machine learning capabilities across the organization. You\'ll have access to various tools and training resources to support your initiatives. Stay Current with Data Science and AI Trends: Continuously analyze current trends in data science and AI. Apply your insights to expand and improve our processes, tools, and capabilities in the security domain. Global Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with professionals at all levels, collaborating with teams across different locations worldwide. Your ability to work with a global network will be key to your success in this role. Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Good SQL, Python, and Power BI skills Knowledge of, or experience working with, Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing or ETL tools 0-2 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Ability to quickly investigate, learn and work with new applications and tools Fundamentals in databases and analytics Experience planning and implementing project roadmaps Comprehensive communication, writing, and presentation skills to communicate to all levels of individuals (Entry level - Exec) Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle a variety of projects with a variety of scales at once Self-motivated passion for building new things and maintaining previous projects Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging wide range of technology tools and solutions to automate processes and support a variety of fast-growing and changing business needs Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness to successfully work with people and groups from various cultural backgrounds and locations worldwide JavaScript, Tableau, and ServiceNow Platform experience nice to have For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $95,490 - $138,510, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
