• Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role. \xe2\x80\xa2 They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work. \xe2\x80\xa2 They manage projects with oversight from their supervisor.

• Manages multiple simple projects or at least one medium sized project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Defines overall functional / business requirements with end users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommends solution modifications, configurations and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes cost and time estimates for development & implementation of projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drives the development and execution of project plans by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

• Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acts as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has extensive interaction with client and may interact with senior leadership

• Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate degree preferred.

• Strong analytical / problem solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional ability to translate between non[1]technical business users and technical IT resources utilizing detailed industry expertise.

• Strong influencing and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of industry specific project management methodology, project management and system architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional ability to translate between non[1]technical business users and technical IT resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. \xe2\x80\xa2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relocation for International accounts may be required.
