We are driven by over 1000 professionals in Technology, Research & Analysis and Marketing shared services.Job Title: Associate Data Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 B2B Customer InsightsLocation(s): Pune, India \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid Working ModelAbout the RoleSpringer Nature is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for \xe2\x80\x9cB2B Customer Insights & Analytics\xe2\x80\x9d, part ofData, Analytics and Technology Team.The role performs a variety of data analysis and reporting needs related to Institutional and Commercial customers including customer behaviour, product performance and Market Intelligence. The role will also involve making recommendations about methods and ways of obtaining and analysing data to improve the quality and efficiency of data systems.Role Responsibilities:

• Creation and production of regular reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analysis on customer behaviour and engagement to help make informed decisions
• Facilitating data driven market and customer research in an efficient and timely manner and presenting it in report format
• Performs job-related duties as assigned with little to no supervision required

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with quantitative and analytical background (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (Market Research/Data Analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Big Query
• Knowledge of BI Tools: Looker Studio, Looker and Tableau
• Strong Analytical capabilities and ability to drive insights from data
