Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and objectives- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our products and services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement- Prevent account churn through proactive monitoring of value, relationship building and right communication .- Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage.Requirements:- 2 to5 years of experience in customer facing role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions that meet customer needs- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude (ref:updazz.com)
