Business Responsibility Areas :Key Performance Indicators :Main Responsibilities :- Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions- Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner/Store in charge. - Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work Supervision of ongoing/WIP sites for ensuring adherence to Asian Paints recommended guidelines and on time work completion. Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any- Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.- Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner/store in charge and senior officer- Maintaining the reports/formats as mandated by company- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organised by company.- Cross selling of product categories on PT sites During market- Scanning provide leads to other team members (ref:updazz.com)
