We are looking for a Associate Creative Producer. Based out of our HQ in Noida. You can produce brilliant video content for a wide range of brands and product categories. You\'ve got an eye for thumb-stopping content and a bit of brand experience, and you\'re ready to get immersed in our world. You\'re an avid social media user, and have a finger on the pulse on all social media trends. ???? What\'s The Job Location Scouting Scheduling & Budgeting Hiring & Crew Management Vendor Management Casting & Artist Management Audio Production Management Handling Language Versions of a production Post-Production Management Control budget and timelines for each video project - TVC to podcast to corporate videos to reels. Allocate resources and production logistics (financial & manpower) for the project in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. See the project through pre, production and post. Work on streamlining payments in tandem with the accounts team post completion of the project. Manage work distribution between freelance and internal staff to assemble a team of people who can successfully put together quality production. Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content Work with content partners to generate new concepts and opportunities Create case studies along with the team to be used for award entries, partnerships and pitches Attend shoots and music recordings to supervise work quality and processes ????
