Job Overview:

As the Associate Creative Director (Art), you will shape the creative vision and oversee the execution of all design elements across our platforms and campaigns. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure our brand stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and articulate a strong, cohesive visual identity for the brand across all touchpoints.

- Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of digital and print assets, including ad campaigns, website design, social media content, email campaigns and product packaging

- Collaborate with brand team to conceptualize creative strategies that align with business goals.

- Manage and mentor designers, ensuring high-quality output and creative growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain the brand's cutting-edge appeal.

- Oversee photoshoots, video productions, and content creation, ensuring visual consistency.

- Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position, preferably working with digital first brands.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in branding, advertising, and digital marketing.

- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.

- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
