Associate Creative Director

Roles & Responsibility :

- We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion.

- The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing visual ideas and transforming them into creative solutions, managing art functions in the team, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.

- This position requires you to lead the art function in the team which spans around the Wow portfolio of brands.

- We are looking for an experienced manager, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level.

- The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.

- A visual thinker who can imagine a thousand objects with just a circle. Passionate about art and design. Advertising nerd.

Associate Creative Director Responsibilities :

- Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and designs.

- Managing and supervising multiple projects and the art team.

- Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping

- Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives

- Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives

- Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.

- Directing the design and development of creative materials.

- Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.

- Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.

- Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.

- Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies wrt art and communication.

- Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.

Educational/ Experience requirements :

- Degree in graphic design or art-related field (Not mandatory but preferred)

- 8-10 years of agency or relevant art experience.

- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.

- Experience in leading and managing art teams.

- Strong creative mind/ design thinking approach

Compensation budget : upto 15L
