Job Description

1. Business Development and Corporate Sales



Identifying Opportunities

: Researching and identifying potential corporate clients, such as large companies, insurance providers, and business partners, who may require healthcare services for their employees or customers.

Developing Relationships

: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and insurance companies to increase patient referrals and partnerships.

Sales Strategy

: Developing sales strategies aimed at increasing hospital contracts with corporate entities, including negotiating corporate health programs, packages, and service agreements.

2. Service Promotion and Cross-Selling



Promoting Hospital Services

: Effectively presenting and selling the hospital's services to corporate clients (e.g., employee health plans, wellness programs, preventive care services, etc.).

Cross-Selling

: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services, such as specialized treatments, diagnostic services, or wellness programs, to existing clients or partners.

3. Proposal Development and Presentations



Creating Proposals

: Preparing customized proposals for potential corporate clients based on their specific healthcare needs, outlining services, pricing, and contract terms.

Presenting Solutions

: Conducting presentations to prospective clients to highlight the hospital's unique offerings, demonstrating value propositions, and addressing client needs and concerns.

4. Negotiating Contracts and Agreements



Contract Negotiation

: Leading negotiations with corporate clients, insurance providers, and third-party organizations to establish mutually beneficial contracts, including pricing agreements, service terms, and duration.

Service Agreement Management

11. Compliance Requirements

: Ensuring that all marketing and sales efforts comply with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality laws and any other relevant legal frameworks.

Ethical Selling Practices

: Upholding ethical standards in all corporate sales efforts and ensuring transparent communication with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education

: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare management, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience in corporate sales, healthcare marketing, or business development, with a strong understanding of hospital services for

a minimum of 2 years.

Communication Skills

: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with corporate clients effectively.

CRM Proficiency

: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, sales, and client data.

Healthcare Knowledge

: Understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges, and the services provided by hospitals.

Analytical Skills

: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
