  • Formulate, establish, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate reporting for all group companies.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS every month.
  • Review monthly provisions to ensure all expenses are reported on accrual basis.
  • Circulate Functional MIS post review as per agreed timelines.
  • Support Business Finance teams in their analysis and MIS presentation.
  • Ensure that financial ratios are monitored regularly and are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP for all group entities.
  • Prepare quarterly/annual Financial Statement within timelines and ensure compliance with relevant statute.
  • Ensure balances as per books are in line with MIS.
  • Front end all audits and ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure compliance with ROC requirements as per regulatory timelines .
  • Set up new controls and improvise the existing processes.
  • Support team members and guide them in meeting teams objective.
What are we looking for :
  • CA with 2-3 years of experience
  • Practical knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAP, preparation of Financial Statements
  • Experience of dealing with Big4 auditors
  • Experience of preparing monthly MIS and provisions workings
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
