Associate Content Analyst - Deals & Private Equity, Bangalore The Associate Content Analyst role is within Deals Content team responsible for collection, maintenance, analysis and dissemination of high-quality information. The role involves providing clients with data related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Public Equity Offerings and Private Equity. The analyst would be responsible for researching and collecting relevant data and ensuring the data is provided in a timely and accurate manner. The individual will be required to support the team in day to day production tasks along with handling content queries and other requirements like projects and cleanses. The position is offered on local terms and will require working in shifts. The position will report to the Team Leader, Deals. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases. To research, source and collect information from various sources - such as Companies Filings, Amendments, Press Releases, external news sources or announcements made by the company. Ensures data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for their covered product/market. Basic knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager. Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge. Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards and current data policies and procedures. Competencies: Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Business Administration/ Management, Marketing, Accountancy or any Financial related course Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable in using Business Communications over phone or email Dexterity to work in a team environment and has excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as clients demand more real-time data exchange Understand financial statements and be able to explain to stakeholders Core Skill sets: Basic computer and internet research knowledge are required Willingness to take absolute responsibility for work tasks Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in Shifts (24/5) and during public/national holidays Self-motivated even when attending to routine tasks Ability to follow company policies At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
