POSITION SUMMARY:An indispensable role\xe2\x80\xa6 Huron clients approach us with a unique set of challenges so we are constantly on the look-out for outstanding consultants with different types of expertise and knowledge who can uncover, untangle, and tackle the biggest challenges facing the industry. Our capable Associates lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies and industry best practices \xe2\x80\x94as well as innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable technology solutions. Let\xe2\x80\x99s get to work \xe2\x80\x93 togetherQualificationsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:As a HCM Lead, you will work as a part of a team of problem solver, helping solve complex business issues. The skills and responsibilities for this level includes but are not limited to:

  • Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and leading Workday HCM Module.
  • Relevant experience in leading and supporting Workday HCM Module in 3 or more implementations.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM, localization and legislative requirement in various countries in North America, Europe, and APAC.
  • Strong knowledge Workday configuration including foundation setup for Human Resource, Business Processes, Security and Reporting.
  • Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client\'s requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM module to ensure it aligns with the client\'s requirements and help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the system is functioning correctly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  • Help and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
  • Provide end user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and Workday adoption.
  • Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8-12 years of hands on experience on Workday HCM.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
