- Coaching and training teams in agile frameworks and methodologies
- Setting up agile processes together with the team
- Help to continuously improve processes and enable team members to focus and deliver.
- Support agile team transitions.
- Facilitate teams in removing impediments.
- Enhance agile methods within the teams and overall organization.
- Detailed knowledge in agile methodologies and frameworks e.g. Scrum, Kanban
- Dedication to \xe2\x80\x9cAgile\xe2\x80\x9d
- Strong communication skills
- Good overall IT knowledge and experience is helpful.
- Ability to work independently and globally and to think analytically.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools)
