• Prepare dashboard and report development using ServiceNow platform.
• Requirement gathering from business/onshore team.
• Clean-up/Analysis of the data with basic MS Excel skills.
• Connect with Scrum Master for daily progress updates.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding and analyzing Business requirements accurately and provide optimum solution to meet functional and performance requirement.
• Communicating risks/issues to PO/PM.

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation

• Bachelor\'s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.

Experience

• Total experience greater than or equal to 3-4 years, should be working on a similar role for the minimum 12 months.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• Should be good in data analysis & reporting.
• Should have basic knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of working with MS Office Tools - such as Excel.
• Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of Agile framework.
• Self-disciplined and results oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management.

Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)

• Good to have knowledge of IT Service Management.
• Good to have knowledge of Relational Database Management systems.

Working RelationshipsInternal Contacts(and purpose of relationship):

• TL / AM / UM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking feedback as well as associate development.
• Supervisor for the purpose of settling issues and monthly evaluation of performance.
• Trainers for the purpose of pre-process and process training.
