The candidate will be part of a centralized function supporting all Business Units that write Insurance Multinational Solutions. The function in India is an extension of the Multinational Solution Services (MSS) function located in New York, London, Hong Kong, Mexico & Austria. The MSS India team, among other responsibilities, is responsible for generating and reporting key metrics around the Global Program business and helping support the management by providing analytical insights on a variety of data.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Using the above knowledge, execute reports and analyse data.\xc2\xb7 Learn and develop a thorough understanding of Global Program business.\xc2\xb7 Support detailed data review for Client Portal Initiative.\xc2\xb7 Drive and coordinate with other functions a clean-up initiative to address challenges in the current data set.\xc2\xb7 Develop PowerPoint presentations as may be required for stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Support with your business knowledge the development of BI Tools (Power BI) and undertake the maintenance on an ongoing basis.\xc2\xb7 Participate in team calls during UK & US time zones.\xc2\xb7 Respond to queries received from the network relating to published metrics and/ or specific analyses conducted.\xc2\xb7 When opportunity presents you may be asked to learn new tools for process mining effort on relatively short notice.\xc2\xb7 Understand the business processes around global programs.\xc2\xb7 Understand the terminology used in this space.\xc2\xb7 Experiment with the data set and understand the important statistics around owned offices/ Partner offices \xe2\x80\x93 both from the producing and incoming side.\xc2\xb7 Understand country-specific nuances and how to use them to generate required statistics & analysis.\xc2\xb7 Keep an eye on the changes in different countries or tools or processes by regularly reading published articles.\xc2\xb7 Develop your understanding of the data and over time become a Subject Matter Expert.You will report to the Sr. Delivery Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge required along with hands-on experience in Advanced EXCEL, Python, and POWERPOINT.\xc2\xb7 Graduate/ Postgraduate (preferably Statistics) from a reputed Indian University.\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of experience involving DATA ANALYSIS (including reporting).\xc2\xb7 Prior hands-on experience with POWER BI can be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Candidates with an insurance background will be preferred.\xc2\xb7 Must display ownership & Initiative.\xc2\xb7 Ability to apply own judgment.
