Creates print and digital disclosures (i.e., static images - medical illustrations, infographics; videos interactive videos, animations, motion graphics, video post-production, and interactive webpages) derived from existing disclosure or new disclosures to meet requirements and specifications as defined by project requestor. Creates/develops creative disclosures utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, XD, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro) and other applicable software (e.g., Microsoft applications) Create and deliver recording, editing, and encoding audio files Prepares design options according to Project Briefs and communication medium. Incorporates changes recommended resulting from defined feedback loops into the graphics. Provides final layouts and instructions for print execution as needed. Provides support to team members in understanding and consistent application of brand guidelines. Follows the relevant review processes prior to final production for all creative assets. Anticipates, communicates and resolves project-related issues, escalating as appropriate. Supports multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deal with changing priorities. Operational Excellence Work collaboratively with team members to understand the creative content needs of internal business partners. Coordinate with the other content creator roles on the GSC team to select and obtain needed permissions for assets and upload finished files to the asset management database. Establishes and maintains templates in various formats (Word, PowerPoint, InDesign) to ensure alignment to the business and internal standards. Ensures all documents are prepared according to project briefs, usable/executable, and compliant with Lilly Corporate and Lilly GSC policies and procedures including the Lilly Brand Book and Lilly Design System Lead the development of storyboards. Follow the relevant review processes prior to final production for all content. Benchmark as appropriate, seeking opportunities to improve processes. Perform other document tasks as needed. Client Management Manage timelines and capacity, coordinating with team members across multiple time zones (content developers, editors, graphic artists, and project owners). Educate teams and staff around project status. Surface improvement opportunities for existing processes and create new ones where required. Minimum Experience/Personal Skill Requirements: BachelorDegree in graphic design, visual communications, or related degree (or equivalent work experience) Prior experience in creative designing, preferably 3+ years of experience in medical or health media/content development, and 1-3 years of pharma or work experience in a regulated industry in-depth knowledge of recent versions of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro) Strong interpersonal and communication (written verbal) skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Ability to work on multiple print and digital projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, manage high work volumes, and deal with rapidly changing priorities. Proven ability to work proactively to address customer and overall business needs. Works well independently and in partnership with others (e.g., brand and operations colleagues) Meticulous attention to detail, including commitment to following brand and other defined standards.
