Job SummaryAssociate Consultants (AC\xe2\x80\x99S) serve as key members of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to client engagements and business development. AC\xe2\x80\x99s lead components of a project and drive the research and analysis which is core to our strategic work. In collaboration with senior team members, AC\xe2\x80\x99s help to define engagements, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients.About You \xe2\x80\x93 Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments\xc2\xb7 Graduate / Postgraduate in a life science or business-related field is required.\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience within the life sciences required.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency across various consulting and research methodologies, including the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary research, secondary research, and analytic modeling and forecasting .\xc2\xb7 Experience with one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy, New Product Planning within the life sciences\xc2\xb7 Proficient in communication (written and verbal) skills including presentations, meeting/workshop facilitation and business writing\xc2\xb7 Well versed in project and time management skills with the ability to work with colleagues across the organization.\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.\xc2\xb7 Experienced with all Microsoft Office products is critical, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OutlookIt would be great if you also had the following:\xc2\xb7 MS/MPH/MBA/PhD\xc2\xb7 Bilingual ability in English and one Asian language preferredWhat will you be doing in this role?\xc2\xb7 Conduct secondary research, qualitative research (e.g. KOL interviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. forecasting) to obtain key insights and findings for clients.\xc2\xb7 Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions to determine the "so-what" .\xc2\xb7 Produce quality client deliverables with minimal supervision and maintain high client satisfaction through proactive client interaction and engagement.\xc2\xb7 Build therapeutic area and domain expertise to apply during client engagements and thought leadership.\xc2\xb7 Support senior team members with opportunistic business development efforts including greenfield research and developing proposals and pitch books\xc2\xb7 Work with senior staff to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and knowledge sharing / best practices.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development through trainings and/or unstructured sessions, as well as mentoring junior staff to assist in their growth\xc2\xb7 Travel to/from client sites when required.Hours of WorkWorking hours are standard Bangalore working hours, although you may be expected to join client meetings outside of standard working hours depending on client\' time zone.
