LLD - detailed documents which include scope of work (underlay and overlay), failover scenarios, etc. Hands on experience in Meraki - Switches, AP s and Cloud-Based Dashboard Hands on experience in Cisco WLC and AP s Hands on experience in F5 Load Balancer and WAN optimizer Hands on experience in Network Data Centre Infra Hands on experience in Router and Switches OS upgradation Hands on experience in routing protocol BGP, OSPF & EIGRP and Tunneling protocol IPSEC and GRE Hand on experience in HSRP, VPC, EtherChannel, STP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VLANs, QOS Excellent N/W troubleshooting experience in LAN and WAN Hands on experience in N/W monitoring tools and ServiceNow Knowledge of operating in multi cloud environment preferred Should have thorough knowledge of state of art infrastructure. Should have experience / knowledge of multi-vendor environment. Will work in different project assignments and will be the owner of the designs and configurations. Perform proactive monitoring of all network systems & finetune the threshold values Perform Network Vulnerability Management Create and share the audit logs on periodic basis Create the weekly/monthly capacity reports Coordinate with third party vendors to resolve the hardware/software issues Should have excellent knowledge of MS Visio. Should have excellent communication skills. Should be excellent in the documentation. Exposure to dealing/interacting with international clients. Stand-up and decommissioning of Customer Network sites Should be flexible in performing Out of Office Hours activities and 24X7 environment. L2 experience should in between 6~9 Years (Minimum 7 years of experience in supporting complex larger enterprise environment) L3 experience should be minimum 10 + years of experience in supporting complex larger enterprise environment (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
