Role name Senior Citrix (CVAD) automation engineerGeneral Description and responsibilities
The Automation and Cloud team is developing and supporting a variety of automated solutions for one of the biggest insurance companies in Europe.Develop a CVAD-based DR solution in Azure, following an already existing and working blueprint
As part of that solution, support and enhance an already available automated VDI image build solution, based on Jenkins, Ansible and Terraform
Work as level 4 support for a similar solution in another region
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Technical Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Github
4-5 years of hands-on experience with Jenkins
4-5 years of hands-on experience with Ansible
4-5 years of hands-on experience with Powershell
Understanding of CI/CD concepts
Experience with Windows Server, MS SQL and VMware vSphere infrastructure is a bonus
Experience with Citrix Cloud and Azure IaaS is a big plus
Experience with Terraform is also a big plus
Experience of working in Agile and DevOps teams would be useful.
Soft Skills
Good communication skills, excellent verbal and written English. German language would be a benefit
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive the project
