Exchange and O365:
Supporting Exchange server On-Prem 2010/2013/2016 along with Hybrid Config in O365.
Hands-on experience of Mailbox migration (from planning to implementation) from On-Prem to O365.
Hands-on experience with Exchange servers updates and patching.
Hands-on experience of E-mail archiving, MRM, eDiscovery, DLP (Data Leakage Prevention), Backup & Restore, Server Recovery and Disaster Recovery.
Hands-on experience of Recipient management in O365 and Exchange on-Prem along with supporting end users for their day to day issues Level1, Level2 and Level3 troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience of Exchange server or O365 service auditing.
Hands-on experience on designing Mail flow scenarios between On-Prem and O365 solution along with E-mail hygiene.
Hands-on experience on planning/designing/implementing Anti-spam, Anti-Malware and Anti-phishing policies.
Hands-on experience with implementing DKIM, SPF and DMARC services.
Hands-on experience on Microsoft Teams services along with migration from SFB to Teams and setting up user based policies.
Hands-on experience of planning/designing/implementing Microsoft Teams telephony and Direct routing setup.
Core knowledge of Infrastructure monitoring.
Depth knowledge on Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Ensuring the operational health of the O365 Suite Applications including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility.
Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
Develop future strategies for Office 365 products and services
Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies
Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes
Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
Update Ticket technical details, document new processes, create guidelines for new solutions, update infrastructure documentation
Desired Knowledge:
Supporting SharePoint On-Prem servers and SharePoint online services.
Must have hands on One Drive for Business along with Teams collaboration.
Must have hands on experience on Proofpoint.
Knowledge of SharePoint migration between two services.
Knowledge of Task List, Document Library Administration, Web Part management and Work flow/MS Flow.
Knowledge of Site Collections, Sites/Subsites and User/Group permissions.
SharePoint On-Prem server management and update management.
Supporting Day to day user reported issues.
SharePoint On-Prem backup and restore.
Consulting experience with large scale migrations to Microsoft Office 365 or Azure.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, including enterprise or hosting provider services SaaS, PaaS and IaaS Solutions.
Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations.
Experience with and/or deep understanding of Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Exchange SharePoint Online.
Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
Knowledge of IT security risks.
Working knowledge of following technologies: Good to have Service Management Automation (SMA) and/or Windows Azure Pack (WAP) or Azure Stack.
Microsoft Identify Manager, Forefront Identity Manager and/or 3rd party Identity Solutions.
Microsoft System Center (VMM, OM, SM, Orchestrator).
Hyper-V (VMware, KVM hypervisor exposure desired).
