Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
About the Role:
New Loan Setup (NLS) is a process which involves in setting up of a Loan & Property Level Information in the Loan Accounting System (Strategy) right after the loan is closed. NLS involves in creating Loan Number for few of the Warehouse Loans based on the Lenders. Verifying Borrower related information from the Loan Documents & updating the same in the System. Verifying the Loan & Property Information from Loan Documents & updating the same in Strategy. It also supports the Client Solutions team which majorly works on the Borrower requests.
In this role, you will: • Support servicing commercial real estate, construction loans and problem loans
• Identify ways to improve loan processing within established procedures
• Perform routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Enter data, process payments and loan coding changes, monitor, research and correct exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions
• Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals
• Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns as well as determine appropriate course of action
• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly
• Knowledge and experience in commercial mortgage servicing related tasks, processes and activities including commercial mortgage loan structures and interpretation of loan documents
• Ability to interpret and understand different types of loan documents
• Update and analyze the company's mortgage loan system of record and other systems with appropriate data
• Generate systems queries, as required/requested
• Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information
• Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Required Qualifications: • 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications: • Eligible candidate should be atleast a B.Com graduate
• Good knowledge on commercial mortgage servicing and products
• Understanding of loan documents and loan language

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access
• Ability to adapt to change

Standard shift time: • 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
