This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRIDIn this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:Aladdin environment integrity checks

• Prices

• Missing
• Fund/ETF closed or similar event
• Security setup

• Names
• Classification
• Performance and Risk

• Performance and risk trends reasonable
• Performance and risk attributions complete and populating
• Risk Radar

• Run predetermined reports as part of oversight rules to help with the above
• End state

• Eventually allow for issues in Aladdin environment to be detected/escalated before London comes online when we are running discretionary portfolios

Client reporting

• Aladdin

• Source returns, performance and risk attribution data into Excel
• Reformat and populate into client reports
• Post automation: review auto generated slides to ensure accuracy
• Market data and economic commentary

• Day 1: source from GEIA and include market data and commentary slides into client reports based on predetermined requirements (monthly and quarterly)
• Day 2: take over production of standard market data templates updating (may need market data licenses)
• Manager commentary

• Day 1: Review manager performance and risk data and generate basic commentary; may include getting factsheets from manager websites
• Day 2: source and review manager performance commentary from MRG and include in client reporting
• Client services

• Be available to client services team to support reporting requirements and ad hoc queries
• Work with broader team to ensure that all deliverables are being completed and sent out the door in good time (i.e. manage leave days, etc.)
• Client reporting projects

• Support and input into client reporting buildout project
• Ownership of production for custom elements of client reporting that will be produced manually
• End state

• Oversee production environment outputs for BNYMA International client reporting (make sure that deliverables are being generated)
• Check for accuracy/completeness

Legacy Business Support

• Provide additional Support for Business Reporting (AUM/AUA data etc.)
• Provide support for any custom client reporting currently being done (Bindu)
• Gather Performance data from external sources for client reporting (M*, Manager portals)

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• MBA Finance or equivalent
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to learn quickly and having high degree of problem solving skills
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Comfortable working in evening shifts
