Position Summary: As the Associate - Human Resources (HR), you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in a variety of HR activities including Recruitment, Onboarding, Data Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and other HR initiatives. You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Pune) Overview of the Team: The HR team at Akanksha partners both with school teams and with Central support functions, to provide high-quality HR support in achieving the organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission and objectives. The HR team is responsible for effective recruitment, performance management and development, and employee engagement at Akanksha, and ensures that organizational policies are adhered to at all levels. What your role will entail: \xef\x82\xb7 Supporting Pune location as HR POC in handling the entire HR-related activities for the allocated schools. \xef\x82\xb7 Sourcing & Recruitment: Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for entry- level to mid-level roles. Campus hiring and other strategic partnerships for recruitment purposes. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage Employee Onboarding and effectively induct the new employees into the Akanksha system in collaboration with Managers. \xef\x82\xb7 Collating and providing payroll inputs for salary processing of Employees and consultants for every pay period. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing Exit process and full and final settlement payout. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage data accurately for the assigned schools. Support the city team in HR Analytics. \xef\x82\xb7 To have a deep understanding of all HR policies and ensure timely implementation /execution. \xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to the HR team goals and priorities beyond individual goals and priorities. Actively participate and engage in any other initiatives planned by the team. What you need for this Position Experience: \xef\x82\xb7 1-2 years\' experience in relevant work experience in HR roles. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in Hiring and data management. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of working in development and non - profit sectors preferred.
