Backed by leading global investors including Tiger Global, and Sequoia Capital, we help companies care better for their employees by providing.About this role:-The Cashless Claims Associate is responsible for facilitating the seamless processing of cashless claims for patients receiving medical treatment in the hospital. This role involves providing in-person assistance to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience. The executive acts as a liaison between the hospital administration, insurance providers, and patients, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and Insurance regulations. \ Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Insured Interaction: Provide in-person support to Insured and their families at the hospital, assisting them with cashless treatment queries and the claims process. This include assisting them during pre-authorisation and discharge of cashless claims
  • Coordination with Insurance Providers: Liaise with insurance companies resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner and ensure a great experience to the Insured.
  • Information Dissemination: Educate patients about their insurance benefits and the cashless claims process, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the procedures during the hospitalisation
  • Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or disputes related to claims, working collaboratively with hospital Insurance desk, insurers, and Insured to find effective solutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather patient feedback to improve service quality and the claims process, reporting insights to management.
Who can Apply:-
  • 1- 2 years experience in Insurance claims role which is customer facing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada
  • Mandatory to own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license
