Location(s)Bangalore, KarnatakaCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number157693Your JobMolex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Associate Capability Lead to support the Divisional Fusion Capability leads.This role will be crucial representing the different Division and ensuring integration, alignment and adoption of product development processes and digital tools across the organization.The right person for this role will thrive on moving the needle to exceed business transformation objectives related to productivity and increased efficiency for our internal users and external customers.Our TeamThis role will be part of Global Engineering Services team (GES) and closely works with a Business Units and Divisions to support digital transformation initiatives.What You Will DoThis role will be supporting Requirement Capability, Change Control Management Capability, and EBOM support for the Business Units. Some of the responsibilities are :Support Fusion deployment: Supporting the deployment of Fusion across other divisions within the organization. Ensure the global solution remains intact for proposed enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the overall objectives.Change management integration: Support the integration of change management processes, specifically Fusion and PCN. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with overall business processes.Training and content creation: Provide support through virtual office hours, miscellaneous trainings, and content creation related to Fusion deployment. Develop a sustainment plan to create new content post-initial deployment.Fusion onboarding support: Assist in the onboarding process of new groups within the TIS Division, such as Fixture Designers, Sales, AQP, and ETtc. Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the Fusion system.Collaboration with BOM-Mgmt Process Lead: Work closely with the BOM-Mgmt Process Lead to ensure seamless integration of change management processes with BOM management. Collaborate on process improvements and ensure consistency across systems.Gap identification and communication: Stay familiar with identified gaps during pre-analysis phases, specifically for WAVE releases .Establish clear communication channels with Fusion Process Leads and stakeholders to address gaps between current systems and Fusion requirements. Act as a proxy for identified gaps through Jira tickets to the Global Fusion organization.Continuous improvement: Define a plan for continuous improvement based on feedback from pilot users. Adjust training materials and processes accordingly to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Data migration support: Provide support for data migration strategies, ensuring a smooth and successful migration as part of the overall Fusion deployment.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s degree in a Mechanical or relevant field with equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in PDP, Change management processes, BOM, and PCN.
• Familiarity with TeamCenter and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders from multiple divisions and business units.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge on issue management systems such as JIRA etc..
• Familiarity with BOM management and data migration strategies is a plus.
• Experience in content creation, training, and onboarding processes.
