About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Buying Coordinator. Supports Buying Team delivery of routine and low-to-medium complex purchase orders of PC hardware, software, and lease or rental of products, services and equipment and incorporating any transactional orderable product identifier data utilizing purchase order eProcurement systems and processes. In this role, you will: Support Buying and seek ways to improve effective partnerships with vendors and assist in managing vendors to ensure order compliance Perform routine orders of goods, services and equipment utilizing purchase orders or vendor direct order entry systems Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Interact with immediate peers on less complex issues, as well as internal or external customers The Associate Buying Coordinator is responsible to Manage requisition lifecycle from initial request through PO fulfillment within the buying process to deliver an optimized process and improved turnaround time. Supports Buying Team delivery of routine and complex purchase orders of PC hardware, software, and Non-IT Related Spend categories using eProcurement systems & also support Market Data Entitlement process Interacts with suppliers\' customer service teams and LOB stakeholders and requestors to clarify orders and/or special instructions, in addition to defective equipment returns for replacement. Meets contractual and departmental SLAs Working with Catalog Admin team to get the Item adds done. Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Buying, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. University degree in any stream. Experience of more than 1+ year in supply chain Basic Supply Chain Management Knowledge. Ability to effectively support buying team operations and meet departmental SLAs.
