:The Chief Administrative Office of the Corporate Centers in India comprises of the central administrative functions like Global Real Estate, Global Security, Global Amenity Services, Business Document Services, Transport, Travel, Business Resiliency and Global Supplier Services. The Employee Transportation function rolls under the Chief Administrative Office of India Corporate Center. The team provides day nodal services and night cab services to employees to commute from office to home and vice versa.The CAO team prides itself on the innovative and boundless culture and we are seeking someone who is not afraid to think out of the box and work in an environment with no room for error.The Business and ops Manager will work under the direction of the Bengaluru Transport Lead in order to deliver multiple Transport & CAO programs pan the Corporate Centers in India, support project management activities, senior management business reporting, governance of the people agenda, communications and strategic event and conference planning.The CAO team prides itself on the innovative and boundless culture and we are seeking someone who is not afraid to think out of the box and work in an environment with no room for error.Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for supporting & reporting within the CAO Transportation Business.
  • Provide creative, flexible, persistent, diplomatic, and consistent leadership to develop the Transport team.
  • Provide inclusive technology overview of systems and process running with in the function.
  • Create executive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders & assist on all BAU reporting and analytics, for scorecard management and budget expenses.
  • Manage and participate the central CAO People initiatives governance & planning and execution of strategic events and conferences
  • Enhance Security protocol as per the firm guidelines and compliance and statutory standards.
  • Make sure Support staff and Reporting team to be appraised on policy changes and enhance their skills for better productivity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • At least 5 years in an administration and Facility Management or similar function (financial services industry, IT Enabled industry or Hotel Management services)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills & proficiency in number crunching (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) (SharePoint, Access and Tableau is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships and provide support related to functional planning
  • Experience in CAO (Chief Administration Office) strongly preferred
  • Must be a great team player, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and independent execution ability to learn and understand new technologies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment with time-critical deliveries.
  • Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize, and mitigate operational risk.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor\'s degree, Finance / Economics or other related disciplines is preferred.
