Join us in revolutionizing last-mile logistics, reshaping the industry, and reimagining transportation for businesses of all sizes.Key Responsibilities :- Plan cluster activities that are tailored to target markets to generate demand.- Find new acquisition in the assigned areas- Identify growth opportunities across all categories and plan awareness and adoption activities through various channels, both offline and online.- Enhance customer lifecycle management from acquisition to retention, including organic customer acquisition through demand cluster activities.- Improve the overall customer experience.- Conduct competitive analysis to derive insights on pricing, demand strength, and service parameters.- Act as a liaison between central and inside sales teams to ensure qualitative on-ground supportSkills and Qualifications :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in building rapport with stakeholders.- Excellent time management and planning capabilities.- Expertise in customer acquisition strategies.- Skillful in customer lifecycle management techniques.
