:Role : BA+ Developer / ConfiguratorLocation : Offshore/IndiaWho are we looking for?Looking for a developer/ configurator with Annuity Domain experience & understanding about BA skills.Technical Skills: Knowledge about Requirement Gathering (superficial is fine) Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Primary knowledge about JIRA, Microsoft Office Should be able to identify or read XML files. Should be able to write mapping documents. Should possess a developer or configurator mindset who makes changes in existing environment. Knowledge about AN4, AFFIRM & Firelight platforms is an added advantage.Configuration ToolsXML, VTXML, XML spy, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Macro Language, MS Office / 360Process Skills: Ability to evaluate, analyze, design and implement solutions based on technical requirements Domain knowledge of Annuities is Preferred. Domain knowledge about Life Insurance can be an added advantage.Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues in Configuration using XML, VTXML. Creative flair, versatility, originality and ability to visualize abstract concept Excellent verbal and written communication Team player, excellent time management, professional, organized.
