Apply now and join a growing team, working in an international environment.The PositionAs an Associate Business Analyst, you will be involved in creation, maintenance, and deactivation of Material Master Data in SAP ECC and Winshuttle according to existing business processes and rules; handle QA approval flow and documentation related to the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of Master Data. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Identify process improvements within the master data processes.
• Maintain planning relevant Master Data for production and purchase also evaluate Master Data quality.
• Master Data performance reporting and evaluation of transactional data quality.
• Handle Change request-cases and deviations related to the creation of Master Data in novoglow.
• MD steward role and support to onshore team. Adherence to KPIs, training and onboarding new joinees.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelors within supply chain management, production or mechanical (or equivalent) from a reputed institute with 6+ years of experience within SAP Master Data, preferably within pharma.
• 2+ years of experience with processes handling like creation, maintenance and deactivation of Material Master Data.
• Experience in Master Data Maintenance in MES (production data).
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver and Return and the supporting master data).
• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
• Ability to understand the end-to-end processes within the creation of selected materials.
• Hands on experience in Winshuttle and S4 HANA is preferrable.
