The Digital Procurement team in S2C GBS is overall responsible for managing end user support for our Cvent Tool, & Global Procurement system Coupa such as purchasing, contracting, supplier management and other BI activities.About the departmentYou will be joining our Global Finance team based in Bangalore. Our department was established in 2007 and is responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. We strive to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes through standardization and efficiency.Job Level - 4The PositionAs a Associate Bussiness Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:You will primarily be responsible for handling the Strategic Meeting Management system, Cvent, in form of system administration and support across International Operations organization (IO). Your key responsibilities are managing the Cvent related queries, supporting/guiding the end-users, track and resolve issues on time and provide suggestions for system/process improvement. You will have frequent interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, and the role requires excellent communication skills. You will proactively manage the daily tasks with speed & agility while having a quality-oriented mindset. Your tasks will also include effective collaboration with LoB\'s, project team, IT team and stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities cover managing the Cvent related queries, supporting/guiding the end-users, track and resolve issues on time and provide suggestions for system/process improvement. Your tasks will also include effective collaboration with Lob\'s, project team, IT team and stakeholders.
  • User licenses management: Approve/decline internal user license requests: View user details and approve/decline via Novo Access. Update License Budget Entity for new internal users: Internal users created by NNIT and confirmation email sent to Cvent support inbox.
  • General account maintenance: Quarterly external user inactivation: Run \'Quarterly External User Clean Up Report\' quarterly and inactivate users that have not been logged in in the last 6 months . Add vendors: Add new vendors via Admin
Budget
Vendors. Address book: Review by findings duplicates via email addresses and merge if needed. * Ongoing end-user support & data analytics: First-line support for the end users of Cvent (i.e. NN M&E planners and logistics agencies organizing M&E in Cvent across IO requiring support on a particular event) in case of questions and difficulties. Responsible for Cvent system administration and support & Events in Novo Nordisk.
  • Managing end-user queries on system functionalities (Cvent), process workflow, access review & approvals, vendor master policies & compliance. Ensure high customer satisfaction through First Time Right (FTR) resolution with high quality deliverable. Closely collaborate with LoB, stakeholders, IT support & supplier on a regular basis. Report on major incidents to Business Process Owners and impact to business users. Assist technical support function in solving complex issues that may have combined root cause.
Qualification
  • We ideally expect you to hold a Master\'s degree, Bachelor\'s degree, or similar graduate degree in a relevant field e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration.
  • Overall, 4+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably on IT System management, Incident/Problem Management or Change/Release Management.
  • Strong ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change management experience).
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner.
  • You should possess strong inter-personal skills including excellent communication skills (oral and written English), stakeholder management, collaborative working, flexible to support under different time zones.
  • Service-minded attitude, enjoy supporting LoB across all of IO in their Cvent questions.
  • Go-do attitude and ready for continuous learning.
  • Experience from analyzing data and converting it to actionable insights.
  • Experience from working and managing in a project oriented, international matrix organization.
  • Experience with Cvent is a must.
