Apply Now!The positionAs an Associate Business Analyst - Purchase at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for purchasing and sourcing production materials, as well as managing purchase orders within specific material categories. Accountable for overseeing and ensuring the supply of production materials, while maintaining a balance between Quality, Delivery, and overall costs within the designated product categories.You will have the entrusted with below responsibilities:

  • Managing and ensuring the supply of production materials, balancing Quality, Delivery, and Costs within the assigned category of products.
  • Data management and maintenance, ensuring that purchasing systems are operational and up-to-date.
  • Inventory management, including validating item-specific forecasts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Order management, prioritizing and coordinating purchase orders from consuming departments.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
  • Driving improvements in your area of responsibility and contributing to a strong, proactive, and positive team spirit.
Qualifications
  • You hold a minimum of 6-8 years of demonstrated work experience within purchasing and/or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with IT systems, particularly SAP ECC and SAP APO.
  • Knowledge and understanding of purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain processes.
  • The ability to navigate and build relationships in large organizations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
