Monitoring of daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments compare to Loan Disbursed.
Thorough monitoring of health check and ensure for having instruments/Mandate sent to registration in time.
Exceptions to be reported to concern stake holders.
Ensure to send mandate for registration within TAT
Query Management - queries handling from SFDC and resolution of the same on time.
Tracking of Enach registered cases productwise from banking point of view.
Tracking of Open Mandate cases mapped correctly for banking point of view.
Should have vision on automate the process and suggest the change in process on time to time basis.
Follow-up with Branches / Sales / Collection and Product team to get the revised mandate from customers and time to time update the same to Sr. Management team.
Periodic basis coordination with sales / collection and product team for mandate rejected cases for resolution.
