The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring the smooth processing of transactions, enhancing service quality, and engaging with customers through various communication channels.How you will create impact:xc2xa7 Enhance Service Quality: Analyze transaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.xc2xa7 Monitor Financial Transactions: Ensure seamless processing and delivery of transactions, addressing any issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.xc2xa7 Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.xc2xa7 Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via calls, emails, and messaging systems to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary assistance.xc2xa7 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Customer Support, Product Development, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.xc2xa7 Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and operational activities to support transparency and accountability.xc2xa7 Independent Contribution: Take charge of Key Account Operations with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-reliance.xc2xa7 Ownership and Accountability: Proactively manage assigned tasks and projects, taking full responsibility for delivering results and achieving objectives.Essential qualifications:xc2xa7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.xc2xa7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.xc2xa7 1 to 3 years of professional experience in financial operations, transaction monitoring, or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payment industry.xc2xa7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines consistently.Interview rounds & assessments:xc2xa7 Table for Two:
