Brand and marketing teams rely on strong market research support to understand brand performance, identify new opportunities, create marketing plans, and recommend tactical adjustments, if necessary.This role is responsible for executing global market research projects and managing a consistent, timely market research process across global products. This includes finalizing and programming of quantitative questionnaires, aggregating and analyzing data, interpreting results, cross-referencing secondary sources, and reporting findings. The role requires a close partnership with market researchers based in different countries of Lilly Global, as well as external agencies that manage panels and collect data on our behalf.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Lilly market researchers based in different countries of Lilly Global for high quality execution and on time delivery of the market research projects covering the spectrum of secondary research and secondary competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Lilly project managers to meet all necessary finance and compliance requirements for executing market research projects
• Analyze study data and visualize the findings
• Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources.
• Attention to detail in every step of the market research process to ensure accurate, on time deliverables
• Developing into a trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the project including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualization and results presentation to various stakeholders
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders and communicating the final outputs and recommendations

Education Requirements: MBA/Post Graduation in quantitative discipline from a Tier-I institutionExperience related requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to sift through data to generate insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical Skills

• MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
• Dashboarding in PowerBI
• Experience in triangulating information from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
• Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic, personal motivation, and team player who is dynamic and result oriented
• Good presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an global matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
