• 1-3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services or with a vendor relating to enterprise software implementation and change management
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good communication skill to be able to regularly interact with various stakeholders including clients
• A team-player mindset who can contribute at individual and team level
• Understands Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle
• BPMN Business process modeling knowledge
• Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Visio), Jira, Trello; any BRMS/DMN experience will be a plus point
• Academic qualification preference: BE (CS or IS); MBA would be an added advantage

• Leverage a full set of business analysis skills, strategies and best practice in order to successfully meet demanding project goals within dynamic environments.
• Quickly learn new domains, present complex problems accurately and succinctly, and formulate creative and well-presented proposals.
• Responsible for eliciting, discovering, modeling and validating client decisions (business logic) relating to the client\'s strategic business processes and operations.
• As a team member you will be asked to take direction as well as lead and be able to adapt easily and appropriately depending on the circumstances.
• Train client teams in methodology and Decision solution suite, provide coaching and mentoring during engagements.
• In addition to working within your own team and the client\'s team on project delivery and product implementations, you will be asked to participate in such varied tasks as pre-sales and sales support, training and mentoring, collateral creation, quality assurance and product testing, and internal product requirements analysis.
